Lapraka New Housing Complex 1st Phase

This Project which had been realized by Gintaşalb on the l of 57.000m2 on Durres Road, Tirana was completed at the end of 2006.

Project composed of large number various sizes residences offices, is the first only one Town-Planning Project in Tirana which has been planned implemented by its own infrastructural facilities.

All infrastructural requirements of Lapraka Complex’s such as Potable water, Sewerage, Electric Telephone Networks also internal roads auto parks have been planned in the scope of Project performed in parallel with super structural construction.

To fulfill social requirement of contemporary city planning, 45.000m2 open 2.000m2 closed recreation area have been formed presented to use in the scope of Project.
