Bodrum Gündoğan Hotel

The conceptual projects of Boutique Hotel Residences that will be constructed in the pearl of the Aegean Sea, Bodrum Gündoğan Bay, have been completed by Gintaş Group presented to the Ministry of Tourism for approval. The total area of the combined project will be 25.000m2. The hotel block will consist of 56 stard rooms, 2 suites 1 presidential suite the residence project will include 19 stard flats, 2 duplex, 5 private flats 20 villas. This will be the first tourism investment Project of Gintaş Group. Construction of the Hotel Residences is planned to be started in 2008 would be completed put into operation in 2009.
