GREEN BAZAAR / MALL OF MONTENEGRO
In partnership with the Municipality of Podgorica, GINTAS aims to finish the Project by November 2009. The project consists of three architectural phases however through the retail view the phases are divided into two distinctive parts. The first phase was the Public Market (Green Bazaar) which was opened in April 2008. The second third phases of the Project will create Mall of Montenegro which will be the biggest shopping center in the country of Montenegro.
• Phase one: construction of the new bazaar shops providing modern stards, services, storage areas parking facilities. The existing commercial activity has transfered to the new Green Bazaar.
• Phase two: extension of the shopping activities the creation of the Market Square with services.
• Phase three: construction of the main Shopping Mall spaces, the Hypermarket unit, the Kino centre other activity, entertainment, social cultural spaces. The addition of the Office block the final extension of the underground parking.
