Bodrum is one of the most fashionable holiday destination not only in Turkey,
but among all Mediterrenean coast. Charming peninsula,
consisting archeological and historical sites as the old Halicarnassus,
Myndos and Keramos together with attractive natural beauties such as pine forests meeting wonderful quiet bays and many small pretty islands creates the full year holiday season.
Besides the crazy 24-hours life inside Bodrum, surrounding bays involve many resorts for peaceful holidays.
Gundogan, located in the northern part of the peninsula as a small village overlooking a deep
bay, is becoming the most prestigious settlement for quiet and luxurious holidays,
with growing population from European countries, preferring to live here all year long.
Following large tourism development plans including long term projects and taking place in realisation of many tourism purpose projects in Turkey and in
Adriatic Coast, GINTAS deciced to invest directly in the tourism sector
and Gundogan Hotel represents its first intervention in the
sector. The land for the Project, around 25 000 sq.mt and assigned by Ministry of Tourism and Culture, is located in the western sector of the settlement and overlooks the village,
the sea and the surrounding hills.
The Project aims to realize a tourism complex consisting of a 250 beds five star hotel and villa-suites. A rich natural landscape with an exclusive architectural quality will be the
beautiful face of the Project. The design stage will be concluded by Fall 2006 and the complex will be in operation by Spring
2008.
